Studies show there will be more than 230,000 NEW cases of breast cancer in the U.S., this year alone. Of that number, approximately 6,000 of them will be diagnosed in North Carolina.  Today’s show focuses on the efforts of young people who are raising awareness of breast cancer and raising funds for research to help end this disease. Teens for the Cure is hosting a charity polo match in February to raise funds for breast cancer research.
