FOX 50 Free-Vember Contest Rules & Regulations 2012

HOW TO ENTER & WIN: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Log onto www.facebook.com/FOX50 to enter and qualify for an opportunity to win by “liking” FOX 50 on Facebook and submitting a complete and correct electronic entry form. Entries that FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV) believes, in its sole discretion, to have been generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and ineligible and will not be accepted or if accepted will be disqualified. The entry period begins at 12.01am on 11/5/12 and ends at 11:59pm on 11/21/12. Beginning 11/6/12 and continuing on each remaining weekday during the entry period, one (1) winner will be randomly selected by FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV) from among all eligible entries received by 11:59pm of the previous day and will each be offered a FOX 50 Free-Vember prize package.

PRIZE REDEMPTION/CLAIM/RELEASES: The winners will be notified, based on the contact information submitted on the entry, via e-mail and name will be posted on www.facebook.com/FOX50

 

each weekday of the contest period. Prizes must be claimed in person at the FOX 50 studios located at 2619 Western Blvd in Raleigh during regular business hours on a day and time selected by the FOX 50 Prize Coordinator. Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed within ten (10) business days of notification and alternate winners will not be selected. Only actual verified prize winners will be permitted to claim prizes. Winners will be required to present photo identification and to complete a signed affidavit of eligibility, prize acknowledgement and liability/publicity release in order to claim prize. Winners will be responsible for all taxes associated with the prize. Prizes may be considered income and taxes on said prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Compliance with all regulations is the responsibility of the winner. Winners agree to release FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV)/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., its sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any contest-related or prize-related activity. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to win, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a legal, permanent resident of the U.S. and reside in of the following North Carolina counties: Chatham, Cumberland, Durham, Edgecombe, Franklin, Granville, Halifax, Harnett, Hoke, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Nash, Orange, Person, Sampson, Vance, Wake, Warren, Wayne or Wilson; and Mecklenburg County, Virginia.  Limit one (1) prize per family. Limit one (1) prize pack per household. Members of the same family or household of winners who have won a prize valued over $100 in any FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV) sponsored contest in 2012 are ineligible to win this contest. Employees of FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV)/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., their agencies, subsidiaries, representatives, sponsors, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertising, promotional agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV)/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if the contest rules are not followed. No substitution of prizes or transfer of prizes to a third party is permitted by winner.
