All New Season Premiere: If laughter is the best medicine, you are going to feel great about today's show! Dr. Oz kicks off the new season with the kings of comedy – and they're talking about health. He sits down with the cast of the hilarious improv show Whose Line Is It Anyway – Wayne Brady, Aisha Tyler and Colin Mochrie. Dr. Oz and the cast play a game to see if they can tell the real from the fake when it comes to medical problems with strange names.

Then, Dr. Oz gets serious with Wayne Brady, as the multi-talented actor and comedian opens up about his childhood battle with social anxiety. Wayne discusses how he overcame his condition, and then plays a game to match other iconic talk show hosts with a personal condition they've dealt with. From Barbara Walters to David Letterman, Wayne has 60 seconds to put the answers together and then Dr. Oz explains each health problem.

Dr. Oz talks about one of the most common and painful conditions women get – fibroids. You can tell if you have fibroids by the sound of your pee and Dr. Oz shows you why with musical instruments.

Later, YouTube sensation GloZell takes the stage to discuss her extreme food challenges. Dr. Oz explains the dangers of her food challenges and touches upon urban legends.

He tops off the hour with the number one way to kiss your cold sores goodbye, and the game "Which is worse?"

All New: Today Dr. Oz sits down with the superstar whose amazing voice and music helped get him through many long shifts at the hospital – Steven Tyler. Steven discusses with Dr. Oz his battle with addiction, the best thing that's happened to him in sobriety, his job with American Idol, and how he continues to take care of his body now.

Steven talks about when he knew he hit rock bottom, and checked himself into The Betty Ford Center. He credits Physician Director of The Betty Ford Center, Dr. Harry Haroutunian, with helping him recapture his life. Dr. Haroutunian shares how Steven has written the foreword to his new book Being Sober, and explains the message he wants readers to take away. Then, Dr. Oz addresses Steven's serious throat problem and informs the guests about how vocal cords work.

Later, it's Dr. Oz undercover! Can he convince you to choose shoe comfort over fashion? He reached out to podiatrist Krista Archer to help find shoes that not only feel good, but look good too.

Dr. Oz shares why coffee makes you jittery, and asks viewers to show him their best rock health moves.


All New: Three of the most opinionated women in showbiz are talking health today in what Dr. Oz calls "Girls Out Loud". Dr. Oz brings to the stage actress and comedienne Kim Coles, Dancing With The Stars champion Cheryl Burke, and from The Real Housewives of Atlanta Kandi Burruss. Dr. Oz speaks with the girls about celebrity health headlines and health warning signs you're addicted to social media. Dr. Oz and the girls are put to the test when they play their own version of "Hollywood Game Night", including games such as "Draw, Doodle, Diagnose", "Head Surgeon" and "Medical ID".

Then, Dr. Oz shares the real reason you get mood swings. He examines the difference in mood swings of people from two different generations, and reveals his simple solution to help moods that he believes really works – passionflower tea.

Then, it's time to learn to love your natural hair. Leading stylist and owner of a natural hair salon, Marie Simone joins Dr. Oz to talk about how she's leading the charge in the natural hair movement. You won't want to miss how to take the 10 second healthy hair test.

Later, Dr. Oz explains how women can effectively stop yelling at their families and get people to listen more. Clinical psychologist and television personality from The Real Housewives of New Jersey Dr. Venus Nicolino (Dr. V.) provides tips, specifically on how to be a better listener in order to be heard.
