Yuca Fries recipe (Cassava) - Receta Yuca Frita

Chicken Broth – Caldo de Pollo
Vinegar – Vinagre
Salt – Sal
Garlic Cloves – Dientes de ajo
Olive oil – Aceite de Oliva


Peel the Yuca and cut into large pieces (like fries)

In a pot add chicken broth, some garlic cloves, salt and vinegar and let it cook until tender.

After the Yuca is cooked, put olive oil in a hot pan until golden look and add more garlic.(do not yes;"> let the garlic to burn).

Add same liquid that you cooked the Yuca before and a little touch of salt. Use this liquid as sauce.


Pele la Yuca y cortar en trozos (como papas fritas)

En una olla agregue el caldo de pollo, algunos dientes de ajo, sal y vinagre. Déjelo cocinar hasta que estén blandos.

Una vez cocinada la Yuca, agregar aceite de olive a un sartén caliente y déjarlas hasta que estén doradas y agregue más ajo.( No deje que el ajo se queme)

Agregar el mismo líquido en que cocinó la Yuca anteriormente y agregar un poco de sal. Use este líquido como salsa. yes;">
