Ingredients:
Corn Starch
Corn Flower
Carbonated Water
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Bell Peppers
Zucchinis
Shrimp
Salt
Oil for Frying

Method:
Mix 4 tablespoons of corn starch and 4 table spoons of corn flower, a touch of salt, and carbonated water. Mix the ingredients until the consistency is a tad thinner than pancake batter. Next, dip the vegetables and shrimp in batter. Once coated, place into the pan filled with oil at 350 F. Once the batter has achieved a golden color, remove with a slotted spoon and place over paper towels, allowing excess oil to drain. Lastly, season with a touch of salt while it is still hot. Serve and enjoy!

Almidón de maíz
Agua mineral
Pimientos
Brócoli
Champiñones
Calabacita
Camarones
Sal
Aceite para freír

Metódo:
Mezclar 4 cucharadas de harina de maíz, 4 cucharadas de almidón de maíz, una pisca de sal y agua mineral. Batir hasta que la consistencia sea delgada. Después, cubrir los vegetales y camarones con la mezcla y colocarlos en una caserola con aceite a 350 grados F. Cuando el color de la mezcla sea dorada, sacar y colocar los vegetales sobre un papel para quitar el exceso de aceite. Por último, se le pone un poco más de sal, ¡se sirve y se disfruta!
