    • 1 Portobello mushroom –  1 Hongo Portobello
    • Goat Cheese – Queso de cabra
    • Tomatoes – Tomate
    • Olive Oil – Aceite de olive
    • Salt – Sal
    • Pepper – Pimienta


Preparation – Preparación

Roast Portobello in a pre-heated oven (350F) until it begins to release some of its natural juices. Once at this point remove from oven then place goat cheese (round) and tomate slice. Place back into the oven so that the tomato warms through and goat cheese bubbles a bit. About 5-10 minutes depending on oven temperature.

Asar los Portobellos en horno pre-calentado (350 F) hasta que empiecen a soltar su líquido. En este punto, retírelos del horno y coloque encima rodajas de queso de cabra (goat cheese) y tajadas de tomate. Póngalos nuevamente al horno hasta que el queso se caliente y suelte burbujas. Tiempo: 5 a 10 minutos dependiendo del horno.
