Preheat pan. Once hot, add a touch of oil and toss in mussels just to get them going. Add a touch of salt and let cook for about 45 seconds. Next, add white wine then cover. After a minute and a half, uncover. Then add black pepper, lime juice, and butter. Transfer mussels along with their broth to a bowl and garnish with tomatoes and cilantro.

Calentar un sartén y agregar un poco de aceite. Agregue los mejillones con un poco de sal.
