Making Plantanos

  • Plantains
  • Salt
  • Cream
  • Crumbling cheese (Queso fresco)
  • Oil


Place pan on burner and preheat. Meanwhile peel plantain and cut in half. Once pan is hot, add plantain and cook on all sides until the plantain softens and obtains a golden caramel color. Place on a towel to drain oil. Plate it up and garnish with cream and cheese


  • Plátanos maduros
  • Sal
  • Crema
  • Queso fresco
  • Aceite


Calentar un sartén y agregar aceite. Mientras pela el plátano córtelo en dos pedazos. Cuando el sartén este caliente poner el plátano y sazonar con sal. El plátano se cocina volteando por todos lados hasta que se empiece ablandar y caramelizar. Cuando ya esté listo se pone sobre papel para estilar el aceite se pone en un plato y se le agrega la crema y el queso.
