Today, Ricki challenges her guests to face their fears. Troy is so desperate to overcome his debilitating fear of flying that he actually traveled more than 40 hours by train just to be on the show. His best friend, Jasmine, loves to travel and just wants him to conquer his fear so that they can travel together. Ricki also seeks help for a woman who is horrified and grossed out at the sight and sound of a dog.
