Dr. Oz and naturopathic Dr. Natasha Turner count down the five habits that have the most people worried. But don't worry, Dr. Oz also counts down his favorite holistic cures that will reverse bad habit damage and naturally restart your body.

Later, she's the woman who has transformed the body of nearly every major iconic Hollywood woman and today she says that anyone can choose where they want to lose weight. Tracy Anderson joins Dr. Oz on stage to talk about her personalized workout plan for every body type and the at home quiz everyone should take to determine their body type and get the most out of their workout. Plus, Tracy will reveal to Dr. Oz how eating the same foods, but at certain times, can transform your body.

A lot of physician and hospital visits occur because of the pain people feel, and for doctors, pain is one of the hardest problems to solve. Today Dr. Oz has set up his own pain clinic, staffed by experts who have experienced excruciating pain and solved it with simple, easy solutions that could work for everyone. Physical therapist Karena Wu joins Dr. Oz to ease neck and shoulder pain, sports therapist Greg Roskopf discusses muscle activation therapy for back pain, and acupuncturist Daniel Hsu reveals his ancient healing solutions to help with muscle pain.

Then, Dr. Oz and investigative reporter Elisabeth Leamy look into the popular but invasive steroid solution to back pain and the damage it's really causing. Drs. Jana Friedly and Paul Lynch join Dr. Oz to debate the merits and downfalls of getting these steroid shots, with non-invasive alternatives.

Later, Dr. Oz and Hungry Girl Lisa Lillien reveal five healthy food fixes to being hungry and angry – and the best finds in the frozen food aisle.


Dr. Oz has always believed that sunscreen is one of the most important items people should use, but his friend, and colleague, Dr. Arthur Perry joins the stage to discuss his reasons for believing the ingredients in sunscreen set the stage for cancer. Dermatologist Dr. Elizabeth Tanzi also joins Drs. Oz and Perry in defense of sunscreen.

Later, Dr. Oz reveals a new breakthrough study that suggests cancer prevention is possible at the cost of only five dollars.

Then, the daytime diva who's struggled with her weight and a secret health condition – Wendy Williams is here to talk about it all. Dr. Oz and Wendy even decide what's hot or not in the latest health trends.

Today, in a Dr. Oz exclusive – Long Island Medium's Theresa Caputo is back to do something she's never done before, putting her psychic abilities to the test live. Dr. Daniel Amen joins Dr. Oz and Theresa on stage to discuss his findings of actual brain changes in psychics, and Dr. Oz and Dr. Amen test Theresa's brain on camera. Dr. Amen will even reveal how to potentially unlock your psychic brain using meditation.

Later, Dr. Oz has the 10-cent solution to knocking out cholesterol problems for good. Internist and physician nutrition specialist Dr. Melina Jampolis joins Dr. Oz to talk about the supplement that's been around for fifty years – but no one has taken advantage of its benefits. Drs. Then, Dr. Oz has the brand new formula to weight loss. Fitness expert Chris Powell comes back to Dr. Oz to reveal his simple equation for knowing how much you should be eating every day. Chris' plan is all about the calories, burned and consumed, and today Chris shows Dr. Oz what foods are better for eating throughout the day. Chris even teaches Dr. Oz his daily five-minute workout that could help burn up to 200 calories.
