Then, the Dr. Oz anxiety test  – where do you fall on the scale? Dr. Marla Deibler joins Dr. Oz to talk about the anxiety scale test and whether your anxiety is linked the level of worry, distress, or even panic. Dr. Deibler reveals her best solutions to fighting these three levels of anxiety. Dr. Mike Dow comes on stage with Dr. Oz to discuss three anti-anxiety solutions and the foods to avoid for less stress.
