In case temptation strikes, professional dance instructor Stepp Stewart joins Dr. Oz to show off four easy holiday-themed dance moves – they’ll make you sweat away the stuffing!
Later, Dr. Oz puts loyal viewers to the test. In his first ever Viewer Showdown, three Dr. Oz duos – “The Energy Boosters”, “The Weight Loss Wonders”, and “The Road Testers” –answer questions in pursuit of the coveted purple glove trophy. The duos share the one thing they’ve learned from Dr. Oz that has helped them the most in their daily lives.
Then Dr. Oz has the truth about soy. There are major controversies over this little bean, and they all boil down to one question – is soy healthy or dangerous? Dietitian Kristin Kirpatrick joins Dr. Oz to reveal the three biggest health concerns about soy, including how to separate the good from the bad, and how to know which foods contain healthy soy.
Later, Dr. Oz exposes the biggest holiday shopping health hazards that wreak the most havoc on your body.
In this unforgettable hour of television, some of the most worrisome patients come back to talk with Dr. Oz including Lorry (Kansas City, MO) who is one of the nearly 23 million women in America living without health insurance and lives every day in fear of having a heart attack.
Dr. Oz also speaks with Patrina who describes how Rosie O’Donnell’s recent health scare has already saved lives across the country.
