MONDAY, APRIL 29, 2013  

Today Dr. Oz  kicks off his “Ultimate Detox Cleanse Week”  –  overhauling your body from head to toe starting with belly blasters. Dr. Oz talks to seven women about seven belly blasters that really work – they rev up the metabolism, curb hunger, and get rid of bloating. These solutions include different foods to try and exercises to perform.

Later, Hollywood’s top nutritionist Kimberly Snyder joins Dr. Oz to discuss her New York Times bestseller book about the ten beauty detox foods to eat to look years younger – what the major ager foods are and how to nourish your organs. You’ll learn how to get rid of crow’s feet, dark under eye circles, patchy skin and dull eyes.
TUESDAY, APRIL 30, 2013  

It’s day two of Dr. Oz’s “Ultimate Detox Cleanse Week”, and back by popular demand is the doctor who's been  called the father of detox  – Dr. Alejandro Junger. Dr. Junger is revealing something even more revolutionary with  the all new three-day jumpstart cleanse  to getting  your energy  back for good. Other programs and cleanses focus on detoxification, getting rid of toxic chemicals and eliminating them, while this cleanse  focuses mainly on repairing the four aspects of the gut. Dr. Oz and Dr. Junger discuss the rules to help avoid  food dumping and talk with five women about their cleanse results.

Later, New York Times columnist and casual culinary master Mark Bittman sits down with Dr. Oz  to talk about  cooking delicious healthy foods without breaking the bank. He demonstrates his two rules to weight loss with examples of specific foods and recipes to eat throughout the day.   


Dr. Oz’s cleanse week continues with an amazing cleanse to tackle stress in just 21 days. Deepak Chopra comes back to The Dr. Oz Show  to discuss his meditation cleanse to detox stress – nourishing the heart, the mind, the spirit, and the body. Deepak opens up to Dr. Oz about  how meditation helped organize and renew his life. Dr. Oz and Deepak reveal the three rules to nourishing your body and show everyone a simple three-minute meditation to do every day.

Later,  one of daytime television’s funniest women, Sherri Shepherd, speaks to Dr. Oz about her battle with Type II diabetes. She reveals her healthy food and diet plan for weight loss.

Today Dr. Oz raises a glass to day four of his cleanse week – a glass of juice. America is in the midst of a brand new juicing craze and Dr. Oz has the man some say started it all. It's the final day of Dr. Oz’s “Ultimate Detox Cleanse Week” and he saved the best for last – the swimsuit cleanse. Dr. Caroline Apovian, author of The Overnight Diet  is here to show how to lose five pounds in one week, with shrink drinks and fat flushing. To really kick-start this cleanse, Dr. Oz and fitness expert Geralynn Coopersmith explain  the best workout moves for a swimsuit-ready body.

Then, Dr. Oz has the do’s and don’ts for summer style. Stylist Stacy Cox joins Dr. Oz to show the best bathing suits for every body  shape, and podiatrist Dr. Krista Archer reveals which summer shoes may destroy your feet.

Later, professional volleyball star, model, and mom, Gabrielle Reece, sits with Dr. Oz to discuss a controversial statement in her book, saying that submission makes marriage work. Gabrielle tells Dr. Oz about the rules she uses to guide her busy life.
