Today Dr. Oz talks about a diet that is gaining huge buzz and momentum – the Paleo Diet. Dr. Loren Cordain, author of The Paleo Diet, and Nell Stephenson, author of Paleoista are here to discuss why the Paleo Diet is the healthiest one for people to follow, what foods the Paleo Diet consists of, and the five rules for going Paleo.
