FOX 50 Worlds Toughest Rodeo Contest Rules & Regulations 2012

HOW TO ENTER & WIN: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Log onto www.FOX50.com, to enter and qualify for an opportunity to win by submitting a complete and correct electronic entry form. Entries that FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV) believes, in its sole discretion, to have been generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and ineligible and will not be accepted or if accepted will be disqualified. The entry period begins at 12.01am on 1/7/12 and ends at 11:59pm on 1/15/12. On or around 1/16/12, one (1) winner will be randomly selected by FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV) from among all eligible entries received by 11:59pm on 1/15/12 and will be offered the Grand Prize package.

PRIZE & VALUE & ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) verified prize winner will be offered the Grand Prize package which consists of: four (4) tickets to the World’s Toughest Rodeo, scheduled for 1/21/12 at 7:30pm, at the RBC Center in Raleigh, NC, four (4) chute passes and one (1) parking pass. ARV: $650. “Chute Passes” are for backstage/behind-the-scenes tour which is at the discretion of the promoter. FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV)/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the use of any prize awarded hereunder nor in connection with any warranty or representation therewith. PRIZE REDEMPTION/CLAIM/RELEASES: The winner will be notified, based on the contact information submitted on the entry, via e-mail and name will be posted on www.FOX50.com on or around 1/16/12. Prizes must be claimed in person by the actual verified winner at the FOX 50 studios, located at 512 S. Mangum Street in Durham, NC, during normal business hours by 5:00pm on 1/19/12 or prizes will be forfeited and  alternate winners will not be selected. Winner must complete a signed declaration of eligibility, prize acknowledgement and liability/publicity release form in order to claim prize. Winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the prize. Prizes may be considered income and taxes on said prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. Compliance with all regulations is the responsibility of the winner. Winner agrees to release FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV)/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., its sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any contest-related or prize-related activity. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to win, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a legal, permanent resident of the U.S. and North Carolina. Members of the same family or household of winners who have won a prize valued over $100 in any FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV) sponsored contest since June 2011 are ineligible to win this contest. Employees of FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV)/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., their agencies, subsidiaries, representatives, sponsors, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertising, promotional agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. No substitution of prizes or transfer of prizes to a third party is permitted by winner.
