FOX 50 Whispers/Dramatics DPAC Contest Rules & Regulations 2013
HOW TO ENTER & WIN: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Log onto www.fox50.com to enter for an opportunity to win by submitting a complete and correct electronic entry form and by “liking” FOX 50 on Facebook. Entries that FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV) believes, in its sole discretion, to have been generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and ineligible and will not be accepted or if accepted will be disqualified. The entry period begins at 12:01am on 2/25/13 and ends at 11:59pm on 3/1/13. On or around 3/4/13, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and will be offered the grand prize, subject to verification.
PRIZE & VALUE & ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) verified prize winner will be offered the grand prize which consists of: four (4) tickets to the Whispers/Dramatics performance, scheduled for 8pm on 3/9/13 at the Durham Performing Arts Center in Durham, NC, one (1) parking pass and a Hatch Show Print. PRIZE REDEMPTION/CLAIM/RELEASES: The winner will be selected and notified, based on the contact information submitted on the entry, via e-mail and name will be posted on www.FOX50.com on or around 3/4/13. Prizes must be claimed in person at the Will Call window of the Durham Performing Arts Center in Durham, NC during regular business hours. Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed by 7:30pm on 3/9/13 and an alternate winner will not be selected. Only actual verified prize winner will be permitted to claim prizes. Winner may be required to present photo identification and to complete a signed affidavit or declaration of eligibility, prize acknowledgement and liability/publicity release in order to claim prize.
