HOW TO ENTER & WIN: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Log onto www.fox50.com to enter for an opportunity to win by submitting a complete and correct electronic entry form and by “liking” FOX 50 on Facebook. Entries that FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV) believes, in its sole discretion, to have been generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and ineligible and will not be accepted or if accepted will be disqualified. The entry period begins at 12:01am on 2/11/13 and ends at 11:59pm on 2/15/13. On or around 2/18/13, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and will be offered the grand prize, subject to verification.
PRIZE & VALUE & ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) verified prize winner will be offered the grand prize which consists of: four (4) tickets to the Olivia Newton John performance, scheduled for 7:30pm on 2/19/13 at the Durham Performing Arts Center in Durham, NC, one (1) parking pass and a Hatch Show Print. Total Approximate Retail Value: $290. FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV)/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the use of any prize awarded hereunder nor in connection with any warranty or representation therewith and reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. PRIZE REDEMPTION/CLAIM/RELEASES: The winner will be selected and notified, based on the contact information submitted on the entry, via e-mail and name will be posted on www.FOX50.com on or around 2/18/13. Prizes must be claimed in person at the Will Call window of the Durham Performing Arts Center in Durham, NC during regular business hours. Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed by 7:00pm on 2/19/13 and an alternate winner will not be selected. Only actual verified prize winner will be permitted to claim prizes. Winner may be required to present photo identification and to complete a signed affidavit or declaration of eligibility, prize acknowledgement and liability/publicity release in order to claim prize. Winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the prize. Prizes may be considered income and taxes on said prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Compliance with all regulations is the responsibility of the winner.
