How do you submit?

Video and entry form MUST be submitted by an adult, 21 years or older, employed as a faculty or staff member of the submitting high school.

To submit, you must complete two steps:
1. Fill out the submission form at www.FOX50.com.
2. Upload your high school’s self-created video through the Capitol Broadcasting file transfer service.

Your entry will NOT be considered complete unless we have received BOTH your submission form and your school's LIP DUB video.

Do not drop-off or mail videos. Only videos submitted through the Capitol Broadcasting file transfer service---along with their completed entry forms---will be accepted.

(A small suggestion: DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO SUBMIT. Last year, many schools waited until the last minute, ran into problems and weren't able to submit. Don't let this happen to you!)
