Event Description

Join us for the 6th Annual Free to Breathe Raleigh Lung Cancer 5K and 1-Mile Run/Walk & Rally to raise awareness and support in the movement to defeat lung cancer. All proceeds will benefit the North Carolina Lung Cancer Partnership’s research, education and awareness programs.
