Event Description

Join us every Monday evening at our new meditation meeting, and find out how to get the most from your meditation practice. There will be basic instruction, discussion, and of course, meditation. You will learn:

• How to heal and transform the wounds from your past
• How to enhance your spiritual development
• How to realize true inner peace and serenity

Non-faith based, and no meditation experience necessary.
